During her school years, she got bullied because of her skin problems. Because of this, she understands the health issues and emotional pain of having less desirable skin. She has been dedicated to helping others avoid or overcome the experiences she had growing up.

She is a proud graduate of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she completed her studies with academic honors. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is Board Certified in Dermatology. She specializes in Acne Scar Treatment, Laser Therapy, and Botox injections.

Dr. Lam works hard to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their skin because she knows it is important to love not only how you look, but how you feel about yourself as well.

When not helping patients, Dr. Lam enjoys spending time outside in her garden and hiking with her dog. Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is explore restaurants for good eats because she loves trying different types of food.
